Yes. AFTER you have signed your customer agreement, our team will send you pre-paid labels via email and can then place the watch you're interested in on hold (or reserve the listing) until you have been able to review and accept your final offer.
This is the only time that we are able to place a hold or reserve on a watch listed on our website.
If the purchase is not completed within 10 business days of the watch being reserved, the listing will become active on the website for others to purchase again.
