Crown & Caliber is fully operational and not experiencing any delays in processing incoming watches or delivering orders to customers.
When your business is based on buying and selling watches, you always have a strong sense of time. That being said, we don’t think any of us thought we would see a time such as this. We have heard from many of you through calls, chats and emails asking about how the coronavirus is impacting Crown & Caliber. So, here’s a quick update.
First, we hope that you, your family, and your friends have remained healthy and continue to do so during this time. We know that this situation is likely impacting many of you both personally and professionally. Please know that we are thinking about you and everyone affected globally as we navigate this together.
Currently, Crown & Caliber is fully operational and not experiencing any delays in processing incoming watches or delivering orders to customers. Last week, we implemented a work from home policy for a significant number of our team members. This includes our Client Services team who remains fully staffed to support you via phone, chat, email, and social media.
A small portion of our team is working on-site in order to continue receiving, processing, and shipping watches. Out of an abundance of concern and caution for those team members, we are taking additional precautions to ensure our secure facility is a safe and clean environment. This also allows us to safeguard all timepieces arriving to and leaving from our facility.
We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from local and federal health officials. We will also keep you updated with any changes to our operations. For now, know we are open for business and are working to maintain the great content and level of customer service that you have come to expect from us.
