How does shipping work?

For domestic (the U.S. and its territories) customers, we offer free, insured shipping through FedEx.

For domestic (the U.S. and its territories) customers,  we offer free, insured shipping through FedEx.  
 
For domestic customers (the United States and its territories), we offer free, insured shipping through FedEx. Watches typically ship in 1 to 2 business days after your order is processed and approved. We can ship your watch to any address, approved through Signifyd, you designate (outside of P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses). For instance, if you would like to ship your watch to a hotel as opposed to a residence, we need Signifyd’s approval first. Remember that all packages require an adult signature, so keep that in mind when choosing an address for shipment. 

For international customers, we also use FedEx. The shipping charge is 100 US Dollars, and customers are responsible for any customs charges, as well as any associated import tax, VAT, or duties. In order to maintain our strict business code, we cannot label an item as a gift or declare a lesser value than the purchase price paid to avoid these charges. 

If for some reason, you refuse your shipment while it is in customs and we are charged import tax, VAT, or duties, etc. to retrieve the shipment, the amount that we pay will be deducted from your return. 

Any shipping fees added to or applied to your order at checkout are non-refundable.  

If purchasing a watch, we will always ship with the watch packaged separately within one of our fantastic, Crown & Caliber leather watch rolls (even if the watch comes with the manufacturer's box). Because of this, please be certain to check all packaging materials when your shipment arrives.
