What is the Customer Agreement?

Topic: Sell a Watch

The Customer Agreement that is presented during the quote process acknowledges that you have agreed to the Terms & Conditions, certifies the information provided regarding your watch is correct, & certifies you are the legal owner of the watch.

After your initial offer is accepted, you may be prompted to fill out a Customer Agreement if you don't have one on file. These agreements can be filled out directly from the quote process online in most cases. Otherwise, the customer agreement will be sent to you via email (from PandaDoc) to fill out before we can continue with the process.

The Customer Agreement that is presented to clients during the online quote process does three important things:

1. It alerts our company that you have acknowledged and have agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
2. It certifies that the information provided by you regarding the watch and your identity is true and correct.
3. It certifies that you are the legal owner of the watch you are sending to us for inspection in an effort to ultimately sell.

You may also notice that this agreement asks for a Driver's License Number or Passport ID Number - we are required by Georgia state law to collect this information in order to maintain our precious metals license and to discourage the sale of stolen property.

These customer agreements are valid for a total of 365 calendar days. If any of the information on your license has changed since your last quote form submission, please alert our client services team - we can always re-send the agreement to review and fill out again if necessary.
