What should I ship or not ship with my watch?

Topic: Shipping

OEM or “original equipment manufacturer” refers to parts originally sold with the watch made by the brand manufacturer. Aftermarket parts and accessories are not originally sold with the watch and can be made by various manufacturers. Aftermarket Accessories/non-OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) items will not increase the offer for your watch (including, but not limited to, generic boxes, travel rolls/pouches, aftermarket straps, and third-party materials).
We will not inventory these items and dispose of them upon arrival. We recommend you hold onto these items instead of shipping them with your watch.

A note about exotic leather:  If your watch has a leather strap stamped inside it to indicate any type of exotic leather, you will have to separate the strap from the watch and buckle or clasp and ship these items without the strap. Per the rules and regulations of the National Wildlife & Fisheries Department, it is unlawful to ship exotic leather to or from the United States. If your watch strap is not stamped to indicate the type of leather, we assume it is bovine and declare it as such on the watch worksheet.
DO NOT SEAL THIS DOCUMENT INSIDE YOUR PACKAGE, AS IT WILL CAUSE A DELAY WITH CUSTOMS.
