Why am I seeing a clearance delay for my shipment to your facility?
It is common for our international clients to see clearance delays, and it is essential to note that documents can be misplaced during shipping. If a FedEx representative reaches out to you requesting additional documents, you may provide them with copies of the watch worksheet and customs documents. Otherwise, FedEx will contact us directly if any supporting documents are needed to release your package. It can take up to 10 business days for your parcel to clear. We'll let you know once we receive your package at our facility. In the meantime, you can continue tracking your package with the tracking number provided on the shipping label.
