We always aim for transparency and the best client experience. If our watchmakers determine that any defect or damage falls outside of our Limited One-Year Warranty coverage, we will do our best to communicate what work the watch will need. We will then send the watch back to you, as is, so you can have the recommended repairs completed through another resource. We always recommend sending the watch either to the manufacturer service center or to a reputable watch repair establishment.
