What happens if something happens to my watch outside of the scope of the warranty?

For further coverage, we recommend purchasing watch insurance as protection.

Currently the Crown & Caliber warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the merchandise instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; (h) water damage; or (i) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. This holds true for the Extend Warranty Plan as well. The scope of the extended warranty mirrors that of the Crown & Caliber one-year limited warranty.

For further coverage, we recommend purchasing watch insurance as protection.
