Extend makes it easy to file a claim either through their call center or online portal. Below are the steps to file for a repair:

- You provide your contract ID, email address, or other identifying information.
- Extend validates contract coverage by ensuring:


1) The plan is active.


2) The date is between the Effective & Expiration Dates.


3) The Adjudication questions are answered about the defective product (Ex. when your product stopped working, what caused it to fail, what happened).


4) The high-level troubleshooting steps are offered by Extend.
- You will be issued a shipping label via email to ship in your warrantied watch.
- Once the product arrives, Crown & Caliber handles the repair and sends the fixed watch back to you.
